People across Goa have raised eyebrows over the parties organised by Russians in Morjim and BJP leaders amid lockdown. The law is equal to all and police should act against violators instead of troubling common people. Government machinery should crack down illegal parties by foreigners, says social activist and member of Sound Pollution Monitoring Committee Prasad Shahapurkar. He also explains misuse of section 144 by police.
