Govt fails to take measures to prevent flooding in Sal

Sal village was submerged due to release of water from Tilari dam last year. Water entered into the houses and farmers faced heavy losses. The government had assured to take all the measures to prevent flooding. However, no action was taken. Congress leader Meghashyam Raut raised concern with Goa 365 on current situation and preventive measures.
