There are many who have opted for farming during covid times. An example is a family in Santa Cruz who began organic farming in those days. And have now touched 31 different types of vegetables.

This is story of Simon Botelho from Santa cruz who began his journey back to his roots. Simon says that we should not forget our roots and we should start cultivating our land as well as protect them. He said that going organic and producing organic goods will help to keep the society fit and healthy. Listen in.

Some students from the Santa Cruz higher secondary school visited Simon's farm in Cujira Santa Cruz on Saturday morning. This was a field trip especially to understand  the importance of farming and under the concept of organic farming and different types of vegetables and plants.
