Benaulim Gram Sabha demand sustainable projects

The hot topics of Western by-pass on stilts and release of treated sewage into River Sal came up for discussion in gram sabha. However, the issues were discussed under the topic of UN sustainable goals where members highlighted what impact these project would create on ecology.

The special gram sabha held at Benaulim on the UN sustainable goals were discussed with special focus on the two main topics of the Western bypass on stilts and the release of treated sewage into River Sal.
