Scientist Dr Nandkumar to be felicitated

Well known scientist, academician, and writer Dr Nandkumar Kamat will be felicitated on the 4th of August. The occasion is to mark Dr Nandkumar Kamat’s 60th birthday.
He is being felicitated at the hands of another renowned scientist Dattaprasad Dabholkar for his contribution to the nation.
The felicitation function will take place at Sanskruti Bhavan at Patto in Panaji.
