History-sheeter Javed Shaikh finally arrested for rape

The victim alleges that she was harassed by him for the past 3 years.

She accuses the police of not taking any action on her complaint.

And this is even though Shaikh has allegedly committed many a heinous crime earlier. Locals are in fear of the man but refuse to speak out.

He apparently comes out of jail as soon as he goes in whatever the crime. 

The victim threatens to end her life if the police let off the offender.

According to her she was often abused and assaulted by Javed Sheikh who would allegedly threaten her with a gun every time she tried to escape from him. 

This isn’t the first time Javed has committed a crime. He is an accused 15 other cases, many heinous, pending against him.

Activists also question as to how such a dangerous criminal can be allowed to walk free.
