'Chaddi Chor' caught at Taleigao

The police finally managed to apprehend the ‘cheddi chor’ who was terrorizing women from Taleigao and Dona Paula. The thief used to enter flats clad in his underwear and doused in oil.

 Initially he used to only enter flats inhabited by women and only rob women’s underwear. It was only later that he graduated to taking cash along with the underwear.  

PI Sidhant Shirodkar said that after the complaint was received they launched an investigation and managed to apprehend the culprit.

The police have registered an FIR under sections 457, 380, 354C of the IPC that pertain to trespass, theft, and voyeurism.
